Weltrekord/World record

Euer Carsten

On 10 December at 6 p.m. I started the "Olympiaturm24run" again, a charity run for the Initiative krebskranke Kinder München e.V. and Condrobs e.V. . The venue for the spectacle is the Olympic Tower in Munich, which rises 200 metres with 1020 steps. Unlike 2018, I ran the steps backwards. "My goal was to run a total of 100,000 steps in 24 hours. After a knee injury after 5 hours, that goal was a long way off. But my physiotherapist Katja Ammann and the team from the BRK got me back on track so that I could continue by changing my technique. At the end of the 24 hours, there were 87720 steps and 8600 metres of altitude. I am overjoyed about the many donations and say a big thank you to all donors, sponsors and helpers. 100 per cent of the donations go to the associations! You are welcome to donate even more! Your Carsten
